• Bank account number and IFSC or SWIFT code (for payment purposes)

For Subscribers

To register as a subscriber, you must provide:

• A valid email address
• Payment information (handled by a third-party payment gateway)

 

 

User Conduct

• You agree to use FansDia for lawful purposes only.
• You are responsible for all content you upload or share on FansDia.
• Content creators must ensure that their content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

 

 

Payments and Subscriptions

• Subscribers can purchase subscriptions to access content from content creators.
• All subscription payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway.
• Subscription fees are collected by FansDia and then distributed to content creators manually.

 

 

Content Ownership and Licensing

• Content creators retain ownership of their content.
• By uploading content to FansDia, content creators grant FansDia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content on our platform.

 

 

Termination

• FansDia reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.
